A brokerage website structured around listings
Pacific Commercial Brokers needed a website in which listings were a defined content type, with a useful overview and a consistent detail presentation. The delivered custom WordPress theme made that structure central to the site.
Archive and detail working together
I built dedicated listing archive and single-listing templates, supported by listing helpers and custom content blocks. The archive gives visitors an entry point into the available material, while the detail template provides a repeatable presentation for an individual listing.
That division also matters to publishing. The listing information belongs within a known structure rather than being recreated as an unrelated page every time the brokerage adds content.
A delivered, now-retired implementation
This was a delivered client project, and the Duffion-built implementation has since been retired. The case describes that custom website, not a later platform the business may use.
