The Gauler Realty website gives buyers, renters and property owners distinct routes through the brokerage’s services. Duffion delivered the custom WordPress theme and managed hosting.
Different property audiences need different routes
Gauler Realty’s website serves people exploring homes for sale, rentals, and property-management services. The project needed to make those routes distinct while keeping them within the same business presentation.
A custom Genesis-based theme
I developed the Duffion WordPress theme around the site’s property and service sections, with article publishing alongside them. The custom theme supplies a consistent visual structure while allowing the content to reflect the different questions each audience brings.
A rental visitor should be able to follow the rental information; a property owner should be able to find the management offering. Organizing those paths is part of the delivered website, rather than leaving visitors to infer the business’s service boundaries from a general homepage.
Presentation and managed hosting
The engagement includes the custom site and hosting on a Duffion server package. It provides a maintained web presence for the brokerage’s distinct audiences.
