Duffion built the WordPress website and provides its DigitalOcean hosting. The site brings together floorplans, community information, maps, and a contact form, with links to an external application service.

A website for the apartment-search journey
The Trails Reno website brings together the information prospective residents need to explore the community: floorplans, amenities, location information, and contact routes. The delivered WordPress site connects that content with an external rental-application service.
Build and ongoing hosting
Duffion delivered the website work and provides its DigitalOcean hosting. The implementation retains the inherited KPS3 theme lineage, so the case study distinguishes the delivered site work and operation from authorship of every original theme component.
Floorplan pages and inquiry forms support the public-facing journey. The external application link is a separate service, rather than a claim that the website itself implements the full rental-management process.
The next chapter
The existing theme is now outdated, and the site is in discussions for redevelopment with Duffion. We do not directly manage its day-to-day content. That makes the current site an honest example of long-term website operation with a future rebuild under consideration.
