I build the custom systems off-the-shelf software can't: WordPress and WooCommerce builds, Shopify and Next.js apps, custom point-of-sale systems, server migrations, and local-first AI systems. ## What I do - **Custom websites & e-commerce** - WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify builds on a shared, maintainable foundation. - **Point-of-sale systems** - custom POS with inventory, Shopify sync, payments, and receipt printing (e.g. a 189-endpoint Next.js POS). - **Local AI systems** - models on hardware you own (Ollama + vector search), so data never leaves your stack. See Quark Agency OS. - **Migrations & upgrades** - data moved intact, PHP upgraded with zero downtime, and legacy platforms reconciled. - **Senior consulting** - code review, architecture, and deploy discipline for existing teams, on your schedule. ## How it works Start with a free 15-minute scope call. Most projects are priced flat (built from an hourly rate), and you own the code, the domain, and the IP outright. ## Featured work - [Fulcrum POS](https://duffion.com/contracts/fulcrum-pos/) - POS / Retail. A 189-endpoint Next.js POS with Shopify sync, Stripe, SMS and receipt printing, plus the marketing site that fronts it. - [Adopt A Vet Dental](https://duffion.com/contracts/adopt-a-vet-dental/) - WordPress / E-commerce. A WordPress build-out for a nonprofit dental program, paired with recurring hosted support packages, not a one-and-done. - [VAST Migration](https://duffion.com/contracts/vast-migration/) - Migration / Data. QuickBooks to Zoho One, books and inventory moved and fully reconciled, with a custom Windows exporter to hand. - [Game-Store Retail Group](https://duffion.com/contracts/the-client-line/) - Shopify. A multi-store game-and-card retail operation, brought to one shared standard across WooCommerce and Shopify. - [AdventureSmith](https://duffion.com/contracts/adventuresmith/) - WordPress / E-commerce. A complete web presence rebuilt for the global leader in small-ship adventure cruises, with trip finder, ship finder, and deals. - [Quark Agency OS](https://duffion.com/contracts/quark-agency-os/) - Local System. Our own local-first agency operating system with AI at the core on a Duffion stack. Built, proven, and ready for business. --- **Explore Duffion:** - [Home](https://duffion.com/) - [Services](https://duffion.com/services/) - [Projects](https://duffion.com/contracts/) - [The Stack](https://duffion.com/stack/) - [About](https://duffion.com/about/) - [Contact](https://duffion.com/contact/)
