## Core focus

### Local Business AI Systems

Specialized internal AI agents built for local businesses, running on hardware you own, so your data never goes to a third party. I handle the full build: local models, vector search, and the workflows they run.

**Best for:** Businesses that want AI on the busywork, lead follow-up, intake, dispatch, without sending sensitive data to a third party.

- **Local-first:** Runs on your box, Ollama + vector search. Nothing leaves the building. Works offline.
- **Internal agents:** Lead follow-up, intake, dispatch, knowledge recall, built around your workflow.
- **Swappable:** Models pinned and versioned. Upgrade when it's ready, not when it's forced.

## Pillar services

### Custom WordPress & E-commerce

Fast, maintainable WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores, custom themes, ACF, and blocks. Owned by you, portable anywhere, no plugin roulette.

**Best for:** Businesses that want a professional site or online store that a real developer can maintain for years, not a template that collapses.

### Shopify Stores & E-commerce

Shopify builds across your whole line, theme to custom Functions, real-time POS sync via GraphQL + webhooks, and the logic theme code alone can't reach.

**Best for:** Retailers and brands selling on Shopify who need a store, or an integration, that goes past the theme editor.

### Custom & Enterprise Next.js Apps

Full-stack applications in Next.js and TypeScript, the UI and the API versioned together. Business tools, dashboards, and point-of-sale systems that hold up under real use.

**Best for:** Teams whose workflow is too specific for off-the-shelf software, and that need an app maintainable by more than one person.

### AI Solutions in Real Products

Working AI inside real products, RAG pipelines, agents, and local inference wired into software people actually use. Not a demo that dies in the sandbox.

**Best for:** Product and business teams that want AI doing real work in a shipped system, with the boring engineering that makes it reliable.

## Supporting

### Custom WordPress Plugin Development

The exact feature the marketplace can't give you, REST endpoints, custom blocks, hooks done right. Built once, owned forever.

**Best for:** Sites stuck on a feature no plugin offers, or tired of an abandoned one.

### Landing Page Enhancements

A surgical pass on a page doing real work: messaging, structure, speed, and polish, with Core Web Vitals fixed while I'm there.

**Best for:** A page that's fine but should be converting better.

### Specialized Migrations

Data that has to arrive intact: QuickBooks → Zoho, ProCore special exports, and Wix / page-builder sites → WordPress. Field-mapped, reconciled, verified.

**Best for:** Moving off a platform you've outgrown, without losing a record.

### Server Migrations & Upgrades

Move hosting or providers with zero downtime and a clean rollback path. Containers, caching, edge, the whole stack moved, verified, documented.

**Best for:** A site that's one hosting hiccup away from going dark.

### Development Team Consultations

Senior eyes on your code, architecture, and process, on your schedule, not a retainer. Code reviews, architecture calls, deploy discipline.

**Best for:** A team that wants a second opinion that multiplies what they're doing.

### AI Consultation

What AI is actually worth for your business, what it isn't, and the cheapest path to real ROI. No hype, no vendor pitch.

**Best for:** Deciding whether to invest in AI before you spend a dollar.

### Digital Verticalization Consultation

What to internalize, what to outsource, what to automate, a structured map of your internal services before you commit.

**Best for:** Figuring out where your digital stack fits the work you already do.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I own the site, the code, and the system you build for me?

Yes, completely. You get the code, the domain, the account, and the IP, hosted wherever you want. I don't hold a lock on any of it, and I'm happy to hand the keys to you or another developer at any point.

### How do you charge: flat, hourly, or on a retainer?

Flat, but built on an hourly rate. I estimate the real effort and price from my hourly cost, so the number holds up to the work it actually takes. If the project ends up bigger than what you asked for, I'll flag it and re-quote before I build the extra, so I'm not quietly over-delivering for the same number. Quick Build Special items (a landing page, a migration, a small plugin) usually get a fixed, fast-turn quote. No open retainer just to keep you.

### What happens after launch? Do you offer support?

You choose. Some clients take over fully, others want a light care plan for updates and monitoring, and some keep me on for ongoing changes as hourly work. There's no forced plan. The site is yours either way.

### How long will my project take, and what does the process look like?

A Quick Build Special usually ships in a couple of weeks; a full site or a POS runs longer depending on scope. The pattern is the same every time: a call to map the problem, a written scope with a price, the build with check-ins, then launch and handoff. You'll know the timeline up front.

### Can you work alongside my existing developer or team?

That's one of the main things I do. I can step in as a senior consultant for code reviews, architecture, and deploy discipline, or pair with your developer to push a hard problem over the line. I work on your schedule and your stack.

### Can I keep my current domain, payments setup, or platform?

Almost always. I build on top of the tools you already have, not against them. If you're on Stripe, Shopify, your own domain, or an existing POS, the goal is to keep what's working and only replace the parts that aren't.

### What does "local AI" mean, and is my data safe?

The models run on hardware you own (Ollama plus vector search), so your data and prompts never go to a third-party API. It works offline, the cost is flat instead of per-token, and the models and data stay yours. Quark Agency OS is a live example of this.

### Can you take over an existing site or app?

Yes. I'm comfortable inheriting WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Next.js codebases, and server migrations and upgrades are a regular part of the work. I'll audit what you have first, then tell you whether it's faster to fix it or start clean.

### What do I need to get started? Do I have to be technical?

You don't need to be technical at all. I just need a clear picture of the problem and how the work gets judged as done. A single call is usually enough to map it. From there I handle the technical side and keep you posted in plain language.

### What if we're not the right fit?

The first call is free and the read is honest. If a project is better served somewhere else, I'll say so and point you in the right direction. I'd rather lose a job than take the wrong one.
