A Magento store for a fitment-driven catalog
The Suspension Source project covered the initial commerce build, migration, catalog imports, vehicle-fitment search, pricing, integrations, and ongoing development. For an automotive-parts retailer, the catalog has to connect the product with the vehicle it fits, not simply display a list of items.
Theme and commerce development
I improved the Magento storefront theme and worked across the catalog and purchasing workflow. The implementation uses an Olegnax theme foundation, with development addressing how products are imported, presented, searched, priced, and connected to the rest of the business.
Vehicle-fitment discovery is central to the current public experience. Product categories and fitment controls give customers different ways to narrow a broad range of suspension and related parts.
Search visibility and long-term use
The work also included SEO and implementation best-practice improvements. The goal was to support product discovery through both the store and search engines.
The delivered Magento project remains in place under another developer’s maintenance. The screenshot shows the current continuing storefront, including changes that may have occurred since handoff.
