The challenge

Deliver property and publishing websites suited to their individual audiences within agency-led engagements.

What shipped

The retained work spans City View Sparks, a Palomino Valley property landing page, commercial-group website source, and a publishing site. Inherited and third-party themes remain attributed to their original authors.

  • Property website development
  • Property detail, gallery, and agent-contact landing page
  • Work within inherited WordPress themes
  • Publishing-site implementation

Dickson website development groups related property and publishing engagements delivered through agency work. The projects had different scopes and retained their original agency and theme lineage.

Related property and publishing engagements

This case groups several Dickson-related projects delivered through agency/subcontract work: City View Sparks, a Palomino Valley property landing page, commercial-group website work, and the blog. They represent related engagements rather than a claim that one application served every part of the business.

Matching the implementation to the page’s purpose

The Palomino Valley work brought property information, a gallery, and agent contact into a focused landing page. The WordPress projects served broader property and publishing needs within existing theme foundations.

These are different communication jobs. A property landing page needs to connect one offering with a contact route; a publishing site needs to accommodate recurring articles. The delivered work reflects those differences.

Inherited themes and agency attribution

The source retains KPS3 and third-party theme lineage where applicable. My development contribution is credited within that existing context, without assigning the original design or the entire agency relationship to Duffion.

The Trails Reno has a separate case covering its website, hosting, and redevelopment discussions. Other property work includes Gauler Realty.

What this project clarifies

A focused property landing page and a recurring publication need different content structures. Grouping the engagements explains the relationship between the work without implying that one application served every part of the business.
